About Pick My Click

Updated on

Pick My Click helps you pick a robot vacuum that suits your home, your floors and how much upkeep you want.

We cover vacuum-only robots, robots that also mop, and the docks that empty the bin for you. We also answer the questions that come up after the robot is home, like setup, charging and why it keeps stopping.

Who we write for

We write for homeowners who want cleaner floors with less bending and pushing. Many of our readers are buying their first robot, or replacing an older one that no longer keeps up.

You won't need tech words to follow along. When a term matters, like LiDAR, suction in Pa or a self-empty base, we explain it in plain English.

How we put a guide together

We study the specs, the maker's details and what owners report for each robot we cover. Then we compare robots side by side and explain who each one suits.

Our How we research page lays out the full process.

What we are not

We don't make or sell robot vacuums or parts. No brand pays us to rank its products.

Pick My Click is an independent site. We aren't affiliated with iRobot, Shark, Roborock, eufy, ILIFE or any other floor care brand.

We don't claim to have run every robot ourselves. When we recommend one, we say why, based on its specs, its features and buyer feedback.

How the site earns money

Some links on our pages go to stores like Amazon. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Commissions never decide our picks. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works.
